In the name of...

Das Projekt „In the Name of …“ zeigt Särge mit den sterblichen Überresten unzähliger Soldaten, die im Namen von Diktatoren oder skrupellosen Eroberern, im Namen ganz gewöhnlicher und machtgieriger Mörder im Laufe der Zeit zum Sterben an die diversen Fronten geschickt wurden und nun tot nach Hause zurückkehren. Die Serie umfasst knapp hundert Arbeiten – eine Geschichte, die bis heute fortdauert und noch ewig so fortdauern wird ... Ich befasse mich mit dem Horror, der auch heute noch überall auf der Welt im Namen der Selbstverteidigung, der Freiheit, Demokratie, Terrorismusbekämpfung und anderer „großer“ Worte stattfindet, die eigentlich für nichts stehen – verübt von Leuten, die immer noch denken, sie hätten das Recht, in andere Nationen einzudringen und diese oder auch die eigene schamlos und ohne Skrupel zu besetzen, zu demütigen, zu massakrieren und zu foltern.
