Step 1: Personal data

All fields must be filled in correctly.
In the English version use English only!

The input field "Exhibitions and others" is limited to a maximum of 500 characters. If an academic artistic education (art academy, art college, university) is not completed, this field is used to define comparable professional experience in the gallery and/or museum environment.

All fields with a * must be completed.

Step 2: Picture upload

The files are going to be uploaded for most web browsers by using the drag-and-drop function to the gray field "File drop here" or by clicking on "Upload files" (preferred web browsers: Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari).

The uploaded files must be RGB jpg files.

The portrait and 3 images of artworks should have a minimum resolution of 72 dpi and must not exeed 2,5 MB.

The works of art (paintings, drawings, mixed media) must date from 2022 to 2024 and must not be larger than 2.00 x 2.40 m and not heavier than 15 kg each!

The statement on the submitted artworks provides more information on their creation, content and/or the materials used. The field is limited to a maximum of 1000 characters.

Optional: You can upload three additional pictures (exhibition views or details of artworks). These pictures do not take part in the Artaward!

Step 3: Confirmation and Submission address

You confirm that you accept the Rules of Award.

Please select the city in the field, in which you would like to submit your original works in case your works were selected by the preliminary jury.
